Foundation Repair
We completed a full repair to the lower exterior wall after water damage caused sections of the bottom trim and sheathing to rot. Our team carefully opened the area, removed all compromised material, and rebuilt the section with solid framing and proper protection before finishing it with fresh wood cladding to match the home. The result is a clean, durable repair that restores both the structure and curb appeal.
Front Deck
We built a new front entry deck for this townhome, from framing and structure to the finished railings and stairs. The project includes a spacious main landing, wide steps, and black balusters for a clean, modern look, plus a privacy screen for added comfort at the entrance. A durable, well-finished upgrade that improves both curb appeal and everyday use.
Boom Lift
For this project, safe access was the biggest requirement. We brought in a boom lift to reach elevated exterior areas efficiently and complete the work properly. Our team is trained and licensed to operate boom lifts, which means we can handle high-access repairs in-house, safely, quickly, and without relying on third-party operators.
Kitchen Renovation
This kitchen was taken from a full tear-out and rebuild to a bright, modern finished space. We installed new cabinetry, countertops, and a classic subway-tile backsplash, then completed the finishing details—including sink, lighting, and appliance fit-up—for a clean, functional upgrade.
